Welcome to FBC Kids! Our vision and plan is simple: we desire to partner with families to raise a generation of kids who love and serve Jesus. Our strategy for doing this is to pour into your kids while they are here, while also equipping you to do the job God has called you to do, namely, raise your kids in such a way that they have every opportunity to love, serve, and follow Jesus.
FBC cares greatly about all children. We work intentionally to provide a hospitable, warm atmosphere for all kids. All of our nursery volunteers pass multiple background checks. Many of our nursery volunteers have professional childcare and/or educational experience.
We offer nursery care for younger children at the 10:15 a.m. worship services. Drop-off begins at 10:00 a.m.
FBC KIDS weekly schedule revolves around three main meeting times each week:
Sundays at 9:00 a.m. - Kids Sunday School/Nursery
Sundays at 10:15 a.m. - FBC KIDS worship/Nursery
Wednesdays at 5:45 p.m. - AWANA
Kids are working through "The Gospel Project", which is a three year study of the entire Bible and shows how all of Scripture tells one big story with one big hero, Jesus.
FBC KIDS Worship
Kids worship takes place every Sunday morning in The Activities Room. This service is for children ages 4-1st grade. We have songs, age-graded Bible teaching, crafts, games, and more. We seek to make the name of Jesus famous every week!
AWANA is a tool we use to sink Scripture into the hearts and minds of our kids. Each week kids learn and memorize verses of the Bible, have a group lesson time, and have game time in the gym. AWANA kicks off this fall on August 23rd at 5:45 p.m. To register for AWANA, click here
three programs, one plan
These three weekly programs form the backbone of what we do weekly here at FBC KIDS. These three programs all focus on one main thing: Teaching your kids about the love and grace of God most clearly seen through the life, death, and resurrection of His Son, Jesus.
We also have yearly activities that take place to aid and encourage you and your child's spiritual formation. These include:
Vacation Bible School
Parent Seminars - 2x yearly (next seminar will be in the fall of 2017)
FBC KIDS sick policy
In order to provide a safe and healthy environment for all of our kids, please read the attachment below about our sick child policy.
